Veronica Gonzales
Veronica Utilia Gonzales was sentenced to death in July 1998 for the murder of Genny Rojas her four-year-old niece. She was addicted to methamphetamine at the time of the murder and claimed battered woman syndrome as well.

ReplyDeleteI read in an article that veronicas execution had unfortunately been "upheld" by a new judge who overturned the last judge's execution order. I hope this isn't true. I also read in another article written by a former chowchilla inmate whom was incarcerated with veronica that she believes veronica is not suffering at all. She thinks she's some kind of "shot caller" in prison. It angers me to know veronica still breathes.
